I had a horrendous experience with Bindas Binge, located at Miraroad East. The management is utterly incompetent, and the shop resembles a disorganized warehouse more than a professional cake shop. My son's 2nd birthday was ruined due to their negligence and lack of professionalism. We ordered a football-shaped cake with a simple black and white football design. Despite their confident assurance during the order, they mentioned they couldn't deliver and we agreed to pick up the cake ourselves. We specifically requested the cake to be ready by 6 PM as the party was starting at 7 PM. However, by 5:30 PM, we hadn't received any communication from them. When we called, they casually mentioned the cake was ready and asked us to come. Out of curiosity, we asked for a picture of the cake before picking it up, and what we received was shocking. The cake looked nothing like a football; it was a complete disaster. It seemed like they intentionally withheld this information until the last minute, hoping we would accept whatever they presented. We immediately asked for a refund, which they reluctantly provided. What's worse is their shameless attitude towards the situation. The shopkeeper showed no remorse or concern for the inconvenience caused. To top it off, when we mentioned writing a review, they deleted the picture they had sent on WhatsApp, thinking they could cover up their mistake. I strongly advise against choosing Bindas Binge for any special occasions. They lack the competent staff and resources to create themed cakes, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.
