I had ordered customised cake in gokuldham branch and wanted to amend design I had paid half amount and when I went for alteration one of executive who was muslim guy with dusky skin color shade and apply surma in eyes was behaving rudely and insulted me when I said you are charging extra amount. I was ready to pay as per extra per kg as instructed by previous employee. And first they said it's our fault we have informed you less amount and executive was new and will be deducted from his salary but when I had asked to give some discount the muslim guy directly told me " pahli baar customised cake kharid ho rahe ho kya" and refused to give discount. I was very old customer and used to buy cakes every month from this store and my relatives also purchase from same store. But I have been insulted by this guy. I will never buy cakes and same will pass to everyone one my experience. Seems like aap logo ko koi farak nahi padta jab customer disappoint hota hai to. Worst experience.
