Outstanding service and ambience! I have been a regular at Billy's cafe now, with my husband, family and friends as well. The food, service and ambience has never surprised me. The quality and taste of food as well as the outstanding service has got me back here. There are a couple of other restaurants around, however the warmth with which you are served, the chill ambience and the awesome quality of food makes this space stand out! The ground plus one level which is air-conditioned, along with outdoor seating area is an ideal place to chill and grab a bite! If you are in South Goa, you should visit here without a doubt!
