Extremely disappointed with my order from Bikkgane Biryani. I had ordered Paneer Special Biryani and clearly mentioned to make it less spicy and tasty. But what I received was completely opposite — it was overly spicy, tasteless, and nothing close to authentic biryani. On top of that, I had also ordered Double Ka Meetha, which turned out to be horrible. Instead of a dessert, it tasted like some weird sabzi with a foul smell. Totally unacceptable quality. This experience has ruined my mood and honestly, it was a big mistake ordering from this outlet. I should have stuck to Biryani By Kilo, which is way better in terms of quality and taste. Would not recommend this outlet at all. Poor food, poor quality, and zero value for money. Food: 1
