I had ordered biriyani from bikkgane from zomato. The restaurant has called asking for review and asked for personal number stating it is required for delivery and taking feedback. As it was office hour we did not pay much heed and shared the number. The restaurant kept calling repeatedly for review and even texted at 11:45 at night. This is highly disturbing and I will never order from them again. Most importantly even if employees are given targets ro fulfil the environment shouldn’t be such that they keep harassing customers.

Very disappointed with Bikkgane Biryani, Sector 18 Noida. The staff is so lazy and unprofessional that it feels like they don’t even want to work. After going there three times, we were finally forced to write this review. The person was rude and said that if we want full quantity, we should order online; for dine-in customers, they serve less. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400

We went to Bikkgane Biryani, Sector 18 Noida, and had a very bad experience. The staff was extremely lazy and seemed least interested in serving customers. Even after visiting three times, nothing improved. The person there behaved very rudely and said they can’t serve the full quantity mentioned on the menu — only online orders get that much. For dine-in customers, they give less. Such rude behaviour and poor attitude are unacceptable. He is ruining the name of this brand as very rude and don't want anyone to come in his outlet and try to speak in such a way that nobody would visit next time
