Very disappointing experience at Bikkgane Biryani, Connaught Place. Despite charging premium prices along with service charges, the service was absolutely pathetic. Staff seemed completely unprepared to handle customers, basic service was missing, and there was no sense of hospitality. If you’re going to charge high prices, at least ensure decent service. Definitely not worth the money or time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
