Very bad experience. Today I visited the bikkgane biryani. I ordered mutton biryani, it was good, the presentation was lacking and mutton pieces were raw. I informed the server and asked to speak to the manager, but they didn't show up and didn't respond. It sounds like I had a very disappointing experience. And no one gives an offer or changes the biryani. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I visited with my family— We ordered a variety of biryanis: Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani, chicken 65 Hyderabadi biryani, aloo 65 dum Hyderabadi biryani, and paneer Hyderabadi biryani (though, I’m not sure I’d call the veg version a true "biryani," but I got it for my parents). Let me tell you, the biryanis were absolutely amazing! To my surprise, even the vegetarian options were fantastic, and the taste was as authentic as any Hyderabadi biryani I've had. The flavors were on point, with all the right spices. The only downside I’d mention is that the portions seemed a bit smaller than expected. But overall, the taste and experience were really good!
