Today 13/Mar/25, I was delivered Gulab Jamun vide invoice no.FS36INV-00118287 from Bikanervala Sector 62 noida outlet. The quality was good and hence I reordered the same Gulab Jamun again in the evening. The order was delivered vide invoice no.FS36INV-00118925. This time the quality of Gulab Jamun was much below satisfactory. It was simple maida with chashni and that is fried till the time it became dark black, with no stuffing in it. I strongly feel that Bikanervala is not known for any quality compromise in its products. But this time it really disappointed me and I feel cheated and it's a total loss of money paid for gulab jamun delivered in the evening.
