This place is heavily understaffed. I ordered a mango shake and the staff could only start making it 25 minutes after placing my order as they were busy with so many other orders. The owners of this franchise should either scale down or hire more staff so they can serve their customers promptly without wasting their time. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
