Absolutely shocking experience. I was served *burnt* bhatoora, and when I asked the waiter to replace it, he casually replied, “Maida khatam ho gaya hai.” Seriously? Is this a roadside dhaba or a so-called reputed brand like *Bikanervala*? To make matters worse, when I went to the counter to complain, the staff there didn’t even bother to apologize. All I got was a dismissive “Ab kya kar sakte hain, maida khatam ho gaya.” No responsibility, no courtesy — just complete indifference. This is unacceptable from a brand that claims to maintain standards. If you can’t serve basic food items properly or even acknowledge your mistakes, you shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Very Poor Service ....also not a tasty food. I ordered the Masala Dosa , but it takes 25 mnt to serve.
