It’s like a hot box, everyone is struggling in 30 degrees temperature and No Aircon. Asked the manager and refused to turn on AC. Not going back to any branch back again with this kind of behavior and customer service. Manager name - Naveen(feels like not a manager). Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food quality is good but quantity is reduced dramatically. Quality and taste of tea served today was pathetic. If it cannot be improved better to discontinue tea as it is damaging brand name.
