when you say bihari rasoi and specially handi chicken or mutton, there needs to be some specific flavours to be there. there is not. there is some issue at your restaurant, either the marketing or the pretending chefs who know the cuisine. clearly as a owner you are unaware of both. please start some real practices as you are selling a regional name through your brand. i have been as honest as i can even after recieving a below average dish.
