I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the unhygienic conditions I witnessed at Bihari Mess. During my 15-minute wait for the litti-choka, I observed rat tail maggots, cockroaches, rats, blocked drainage, and mosquitoes. To my shock, the food was being prepared near two buckets of dirty vegetable waste water, and rats were even seen eating on the kitchen racks. When I requested a refund due to these unsanitary conditions, I was refused. This is unacceptable, as the health and safety of your customers should be your top priority. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that your restaurant meets basic hygiene standards. I will be sharing my experience on various online platforms to warn others about the unacceptable conditions at your establishment."
