The ambience of the restaurant is truly impressive, every detail, from the décor to the artwork, beautifully represents the essence of Bihar. The place feels warm and welcoming. When it comes to food, it’s absolutely top-notch, both in taste and portion size. The staff members are courteous, attentive, and very polite, which makes the overall dining experience even better. I tried the crispy honey chilli potato, baby corn chilli dry, and veg manchow soup. For the main course, I went with tandoori butter roti and paneer kurcha, everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5. Reservation: Walk-ins only. I am frequent user of bihari baithak but disappoining to say that today on 2 oct 25 in evening I ordered 2 plate veg thali as usual always I was ordering but they charged me at Rs 319 per plate instead of Rs 230 which I was paying as usual .on questioning manager at counter told me this is special thali but when I asked what is special in this thali then he was not in position of any reply . While inquiring i came to know that it was charged at zomato price whereas I ordered directly to counter not through any zomato app .service boy is very good in service but manager at counter didnot responded well it really hurts me a lot .and now I decided not to avail any service hence forth rather I will opt for other alternatives. Once customer attached to one place then emotions comes in picture but when some one doesn't respond well then it hurts a lot. Money doesn't matter when it addressed proporly with honesty . Rest all is very nice and good in bihari baithak . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
