Its good, worth checking out at least once. We ordered mix veg - ok, dal makhani - very tasty, chicken masala - ok. Then ordered malpua - very delicious, it had rabri malai on top of it. Bihar se by Panache is a lovely restaurant inside of the Bihar Sadan, Sec 19. Entry is from the exit gate. Park your vehicle in B1 basement and take a lift to the restaurant on the first floor. The restaurant is quite authentic, has a nice Royal seating. Both inside and outside seating too. We tried the litti chokha thali with aloo and baigan tomato chokha. 4 pieces of litti served with chokha and chutney and onion. This was really delicious. Tried baigan, ghiya and aloo chop aka bachka or pakoras. These were regular taste.,no taste of ghiya. Sattoo sharbat was quite delicious and filling. Lemon flavour can be enhanced in sharbat. Ambience is good. Nice regional music in the background. Place is quite spacious. Mayur, Pankaj, Vivek were quite professional and treated and served us well. They also served us a dessert Malpua Rabri on the house, a nice gesture. This was good too. They have an outside lawn for parties. They have party packages too. I visited Bihar se... restaurant with my kids. Restaurant has live kitchen. We are hard core vegitarians. We ordered for chilli paneer, Palak paneer, Dal makhani and Lachha pranthas. Although the restaurant wasfully vacated with dinners and Waiting time was more than 25 minutes. Suddenly my wife noticed that chef had fried paneer in non-veg dedicated vessel. After that he fried fish in same oil vessel.She objected instantly. We searched for manager but no manager was there. We asked for cctv recording. No cctv recording had been provided. We called police then the staff tried to make the story with labyrinth of words. Prices are are on higher side. Pathetic experience. Suggest no one to vist there.
