Having my roots in Bihar, I always felt the absence of a restaurant that offered the "Maithil" cuisine (i.e. cuisine of Mithilanchal region). When I shifted to Faridabad, I google-searched "restaurants near me", I found this restaurant in the results and I visited them. It's a relatively new place in the town so they don't have a huge staff or a luxurious seating facility like a fine-dine restaurant but an above-average one. I tried their "Litti Chokha" and it was really good. You may find the pricing a bit exorbitant, and that's probably one of the reasons why they haven't been noticed much. Plus, a few items in the menu might be unavailable. But you must try this place at least once if you want to try some Mithila-style snacks. I love the idea of reflecting a culture by its flavour and cuisines. Bihar ki Rasoi delivers the local taste especially n the form of Litti Choka, Samosa chat and pure vegetarian thali. The concept of discount for senior citizens and Defence officials adds feather to the hat. Must visit
