I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at Biggies Pizza. The overall experience was very poor and unacceptable. The service was extremely slow and disorganized, and the staff showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Most disappointing was the behavior of the manager, Mr. Praveen. His attitude was rude and arrogant, and the way he spoke was highly unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, he made the situation worse. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
