I am utterly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service at Biggies Burger. I placed an order for a chicken burger, specifically requesting NO LETTUCE, but yet again, my instructions were completely ignored. This is not the first time this has happened, which shows a clear lack of attention to detail and care for customer preferences. When I called to address the issue, the restaurant had the audacity to ask me to bring the burger back – by then, I was already far from home. Later, my brother handed it to our maid, and the opportunity to resolve the matter was lost. Even after explaining this entire situation, the restaurant refused to replace the order. Their excuse? “We’re training our staff.” That’s not my problem! What compensation was offered? Empty words and no real resolution. I paid for a customized burger, but what I got was a complete disregard for my instructions and a waste of money. If Biggies Burger cannot handle simple customization requests, they should not be in the business of serving food. Train your staff all you want, but do it without making customers pay for your incompetence. Highly disappointed and will think twice before ever ordering again. Service: Take out Price per person: ₹200–400

Taste is good. Portion is ok. Ambience is good. Wait time is slightly more. Cost is more as compared to other restaurants in Solapur. Better choose meal option. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shakes are good . Burgers could be more juicy it would taste awesome then. Overall worth visiting and spending quality time with your loved ones and friends too Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
