I recently ordered the Bibimbap from Big Wong, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The rice was dry, there was very little sauce, and there was no kimchi included—which is a key part of the dish. Big Wong is a well-known brand, so I genuinely expected better quality. I hope the team can take this feedback constructively and improve the overall preparation and portion for next time. Thank you.
