Good collection of sweets and savories but staffs are very cunning. Ordered for 4 pcs of rasmalai which costed 160rs. quantity was correctly and repetitively informed to the store in charge (tall fair and half bald guy-local guy speaking in tulu). He informed his staff (north Karnataka guy) to pack rasmalai and they took the tray inside room and murmured something in kannada and came back with parcel pack. I paid the amount and left the place. When came home and opened the box, it had only 2 pcs. Had to face humiliation infront of guests. This is happening second time. In the first instance i thought it may be by mistake (asked pack 8, got only 6 in parcel). But this happening again mean, staffs are really cunning and they are indirecxtly spoiling the brand name Mishra peda and reputed owners of Disha groups. This in intentionally done as most people will not comeback complaining about this silly matter. Even if they come back, they can easily tell them that it would have been a mistake. People normally shy away from complaining but this looks like a scam and these staffs making some quick money at cost of owners reputation. Previous owners of this shop had quality issues, now this people are cunning. Customers are alerted to double check the quality , weight and amount before leaving this space. Another feedback to owners- Please keep and eye on that store incharge person, he was kept eating small quantities of mixtures, chips and some sweets in between talking to customers or when customers are busy eating something. (Refer CC camera footages). This is a pathetic behavior of a person who is incharge of a bakery or eatery.
