We ordered a hot sizzling brownie, but after waiting 45 minutes, we were served a cold, dried brownie. When we complained, the server agreed to replace it, but instead packed and gave us the same brownie. When we noticed this, they refused to replace it. This seems like a cheating practice, especially at highway restaurants where customers may not check parcels while travelling. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Big Cup Cafe, Madikeri – A Great Sunday Breakfast Spot I visited Big Cup Cafe last weekend for a breakfast stop during a bike ride. The place has a fantastic ambience and feels like the perfect spot for coffee lovers. They have a wide variety of options for both food and drinks. The Food & Coffee: • Shakshuka: It was decent and quite enjoyable, though not 100% authentic. It felt like the flavours had been slightly adjusted to suit the Indian palate. • Espresso: I had a double shot espresso which was good, but surprisingly, I preferred the Filter Coffee that came with my breakfast combo. • Combos: It was nice to have a choice between juices or filter coffee as part of the meal deal. Service & Vibe:. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly, which made the experience even better. It was a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning in Madikeri. Verdict:. Whether you're a biker on a pit stop or just looking for a nice cafe in Coorg, this place is well worth a visit for the great atmosphere and solid coffee options.
