chicken was very hard and very spicy, even after given instructions for less spicy. also took 1.5 hours to deliver. very bad experience

Dear Rishi, We apologise for the food experience you had but we will improve it in future as we apologise our chef hasn't seen your instructions as there is too much rush for that we will issue you the refund as you have requested against your complaint. But we like to inform you that we have prepared our food on time and the delay is caused by Zomato rider as we don't have any power on rider but food was prepared in 25 minutes as per our record and rider has come late for pick up. Rest we assure you that we try our best to deliver you the best food as per your taste. Thanks Big Bowl Club
