I am beyond frustrated with the repeated issues I’ve had through Zomato with the restaurant Big Bowl. I’ve spoken to your team multiple times, and today was the worst experience yet. The food I received was nothing but oil—there was no way I could take even a single bite. The rice wasn’t cooked properly, and despite clearly mentioning it in my delivery instructions, the problem persists. This isn’t just a one-time issue—this happened last time too. I am extremely disappointed with both Zomato and Big Bowl’s service. The quality and consistency are appalling, and I expect much better from both. This is unacceptable!
