I requested for no onion and garlic in food, called this restaurant more than 4 times still they put onion and garlic in food. Now the food is completely wasted

Worst experience with this hotel Guys . When we call they used to say rooms available later when you entered the hotel for a room they will say not available. I have been following them up from the last 10 days onwards even Yesterday to that I need room for two days . Final when I entered to ask them they replied not Available. Then no reason for following up them for so many long days onwards. Just be on words guys not change words depends on your demand.
