I recently visited the Big Bites outlet and was surprised by the pricing difference compared to online platforms. I ordered 2 cold coffees and 1 grilled sandwich, which cost ₹220 at the outlet. However, the same order on Swiggy is priced at ₹170. It doesn’t make sense that dining in costs more than ordering online, especially when there are no delivery or packaging charges involved. The food was decent, but the price disparity is disappointing. Would expect fairer pricing for walk-in customers.
