happened first time but have to write this, where is the tandoori roti and lachha paratha and why you didn't mention that gulab jamun is already there in thali....I ordered extra 2 gulab jamun...not happy this time

today my experience with big bhookh is really bad...there is an eyebrow hair in the noodles box and noodles are too oily ....although i did not ask for refund or exchange....If there would be some other person, he ir she would definitely ask for refund.....but did not expect this
