1)The atmosphere of this hotel was so good and ambience but when we came to hotel We are 5 person for lunch at 2’o clock We completed our order but as expectation I’ll though hotel servant was gave me 2 free onion plate but No we failed to expectation they serve me only 1 plate and when we called for another Plate of onion they charge 60rs /- per plate of onion This was disgusting. 2) They have very low man power for serving the main Reception have only 2 person for managing whole crowd this was also disgusting. I’ll suggest you guys please don’t come this hotel For only viewing hotel’s eminence and interior. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This is my first time experience in BIG BEN RESTAURANT after seeing a youtube video so I have been there with my family, there food is okay but their service is very poor & they are less bother about the customer.
