I recently ate at BIG B, and it was a terrible experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was awful and the staff was incredibly rude.Our server was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by any questions we asked about the menu. When we asked for suggestions, the server just shrugged and said, "Pick something."The food was another disappointment. It took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and tasteless. I had steak that was overcooked and tough, while my partner’s pasta was bland and mushy. We tried to get our server’s attention to fix the issues, but we were ignored.The restaurant was loud and chaotic, making it hard to enjoy our meal. When we complained to the manager, they were defensive and didn’t apologize.Overall, Big B was a complete letdown. The terrible service and rude staff ruined our evening. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
