Disappointing experience. The service, which was once quick and efficient, has deteriorated. The waiters seemed unattentive and uninterested, while the food took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. Unfortunately, we had to cancel some of our orders due to the lengthy delays. Hoping the restaurant will revisit its service standards to reclaim its former excellence. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Not many people know that The Big apple restaurant has 2 outlets. One is present on the main lane towards the left side, while the other outlet is situated towards the right side in the substitute lane. I prefer to go to the latter one because it's more peaceful and cozy out there ✌
