The waiter uncle was so rude and didn't let us wait for my brother after meal and we had to stand outside. Never gonna visit again! To answer your response... first of all i wasn't waiting for "someone". It was my brother. Second thing, there weren't many customers as 2 tables were already empty. Furthermore, your restaurant doesn't have any waiting area. So please don't spread misinformation. Also, in different scenario if there were people waiting for their turn in line; it is still rude to tell one customer off to serve another customer. Your response makes me look like I'm the stupid one who doesn't understand other people's situation and the value of time. You shouldn't go blaming others for your mistake. Ms Komal, As a owner i have checked with the concern staff regarding the matter. I came to known that the product you have ordered has been delivered to you on time & you have complected your meal. after completing your meal you were waiting for someone who drop you over here. due to customer rush during that time waiter has informed you to move to waiting area so that other people who were waiting for their turn can have their meal on time. hope you understand the value of time as nobody would like to stand for more time. they requested you to move to waiting area only.
