I was looking for some cheap eats on my spree to explore street food in amritsar and I came across this on zomato. Located near the hindu college, this place is basically a roadside vendor market with like 6-7 stalls all under the same name.
So we were two really hungry people and tried their dry manchurian (half plate), malayi chaamp with two kulchas, one aaloo wala kulcha and a plate of malayi momos. To my surprise, they serve kulchas till 10:30PM (most of the shops here don't after 5PM). Secondly, the taste was reallt appreciable. The kulchas were soft inside and crisp outside. Manchurian had a desi tadka and really great aroma. Taste was great.
Momos and chaamp were made in amul cream. They tasted a little too creamy initially but keeping away the calorie count, they are just perfect, again. Must try. Recommended.
