They serve delicious food here. We tried indian cuisine and ordered around 4 dishes. All were mouth savouring. It's very rare to find indian dishes which taste this good. Must try this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Title: Terrible Dining Experience at Bhoj Restaurant Review: I recently had the displeasure of dining at Bhoj Restaurant and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, everything about the establishment left a sour taste in my mouth. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, the waitstaff seemed disorganized and inattentive. It took an excessively long time to get a menu, and even longer to place our orders. Our requests for refills and additional condiments were ignored or forgotten, making the dining experience unnecessarily frustrating and unpleasant. Furthermore, the quality of the food was appalling. The dishes arrived at our table cold and poorly prepared. The presentation was lackluster, and it was evident that little effort had been put into ensuring the dishes were visually appealing. Moreover, the taste was subpar, with the flavors being bland and unimpressive. It felt like the food had been prepared carelessly and lacked any attention to detail. Adding to the disappointment, the portion sizes were minuscule, especially considering the high prices. We left the restaurant feeling hungry and unsatisfied, despite paying a premium for what should have been a fulfilling meal. It was a clear indication that Bhoj Restaurant prioritized profits over providing value to its customers. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was also disappointing. The décor was outdated and shabby, and the seating arrangements were uncomfortable. The atmosphere lacked warmth and charm, making it difficult to enjoy the dining experience fully. To make matters worse, the customer service was atrocious. When we raised our concerns about the quality of the food and the slow service, the staff displayed a complete lack of empathy or willingness to address the issues. They were dismissive and unapologetic, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It was clear that they had no interest in resolving our concerns or making our experience better. In conclusion, I strongly advise against dining at Bhoj Restaurant. The slow and inefficient service, poor food quality, small portion sizes, unappealing ambiance, and abysmal customer service make it an establishment that falls far short of providing a pleasant dining experience. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out alternative dining options that value their customers and prioritize delivering a satisfying meal.
