Just before 30min sat 14 feb 23:00 I had ordered a peri peri alfaham , and I got a boiled chicken piece , it was tasty but don’t try to fool people by giving boiled chicken instead of peri peri , I got fooled and pls don’t try to fool another customers , the service I have given 5 star that’s not for you it’s for the ZOMATO delivery partner Food: 1 Service: 5

I visited Arabian Shake Cafe in Alappuzha yesterday with my family for dinner, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing because of the extremely poor service. We had to wait more than 35 minutes just to receive the starters, followed by a long delay again for the main course, and another 30 minutes for dessert. The overall waiting time was simply too much and completely affected our dining experience. What makes this more disappointing is that I used to be a frequent visitor to this restaurant and always enjoyed coming here. However, after this experience, I don’t think I will be visiting again. I hope the management seriously looks into improving their service and waiting time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
