I bought a bakarwadi from Bhavani chats ,Even though the expiry date was there for 2 more months it smelled stake and rancid oil smell and tasted bad but when i went to return the shop keeper refused to take it back or exchange it for other product very bad experience I will ask customer to avoid buying from this shop

Absolutely terrible experience at this shop. The seller was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or answering my queries politely, they spoke in a very arrogant and disrespectful tone. It felt like I was doing them a favor just by asking questions. There was no basic courtesy or customer service at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value respectful communication, avoid this shop completely.
