Highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I ordered a cake from Bharat Bakery, Ranchi over the phone and paid online through the QR code they shared. Later, by mistake, I also transferred the amount that was meant for the Rapido delivery person to the bakery. When I immediately called to explain the situation and request a refund, both the staff and the manager flatly refused to help. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. For a bakery that deals with regular customers, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I’ll never order from Bharat Bakery again and strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
