Hi, we are surprised to read your review. We think you were part of last wedding function. Although the main guest have given an excellent feedback for the property but to address your points please note the pointwise reply henceforth. The rooms are duly cleaned and serviced each time before next guest check in. For cleanliness in room or bathroom the house keeping is duly available round the clock but we also suggest to create less of a mess inside the room for your convenience. Wedding check out time is displayed on big board prominently in lobby which you would have also noticed multiple times during your stay. Late check out is not possible unless agreed by management which in your event was not allowed. Lastly when the guest is non responsive after giving several check out reminders the check out protocols have to be followed. We rest our reply here. Have a nice day.
