I visited this place with my friends for dinner and chose to sit inside the AC dining area. We picked a table we liked, but one of the staff members came over and didn’t allow us to sit there — instead, they asked us to move to another table. This really didn’t make sense, as both tables had the same number of chairs and there was no reservation on the one we wanted. We stayed for about 1.5 hours, but throughout the time, the service was slow. Even when we called the staff, they took a long time to respond, and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. It felt like they simply chose not to listen. Also, we asked them to serve starter first followed by main course. But they brought everything together. Now, coming to the food — honestly, it was disappointing this time. This is the first time I’m writing such a review for both food and service here. We ordered: - Mushroom Dry Chilli - Chilly Milli in Gravy (gravy tasted off) - Tandoori Roti The gravy especially was not up to the mark — something tasted wrong. I’ve visited this place before and they were much better earlier, but something was definitely off this time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

They put huge quantity of sprouts in veg manchow soups and when you highlight this to hotel staff they provide argument like we do it like that only actually the soup seems to be mixture of leftover from other peoples food . I have added the pictures from my parcel to home and also the pav bhaji quality is very cheap. PLEASE TRY RUTUJA HOTEL INSTEAD OF THIS HOTEL Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered veg fried rice n paneer chilly it was extremely very bad as if I'm having RAW vegetables , I threw it , very disappointed ,will never ever order again
