The hotel, its staff n services are really appreciable. Room was fancy, neat n clean. They have the wifi facility. Hotel Staff is very helpful. The best thing is that the hotel is situated at the har-ki-pori itself. Just a 1minute walk hardly. And the major eating points are near to it. I recommend this hotel to everyone who really want to enjoy the vibe of Ganga Ji. And i make sure to recommend and book this hotel every-time we visit Haridwar. Har Har Gange Service: 5

We booked two rooms for a family trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the Haridwar ghats, which made it very convenient for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was also commendable. The nearby local market is easily accessible on foot, allowing us to explore the charming small lanes of Haridwar. These narrow streets and the proximity to the ghats truly enhanced our stay. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant for dining, and right in front of the hotel is the famous Pandit Ji Puri Wale, a must-try in Haridwar. The only challenge is reaching the hotel, as vehicles aren’t allowed beyond Kotwali Chowk. From there, you can either walk or take an auto/rickshaw to a nearby drop-off point, which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. However, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and even assisted us in reaching the main road during check-out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Haridwar Service: 5

The room of the hotel was just like a very good. It was clean had sleepers and hygienic washroom with some amenities We asked for a mattress which was not delivered timely when we asked but it was ok Location was fine as it was on a dirty street with bad smell but had some good eating places was near it . We had a fine walk towards the Har ki Pori in about 5 minutes in a very busy market Service: 4
