Disappointed with the service and attitude I arrived at the restaurant at 3:45 PM, well before their 4:00 PM closing time. Initially, they refused to take my order, which was already disappointing. After some insistence, they agreed—but later, when I requested just one extra roti, they flatly denied it. I understand closing times, but if you’re still accepting orders, treating customers with basic respect and hospitality shouldn’t be too much to ask. It’s not just about food, it’s about being a good human being. Really disappointed with the lack of courtesy and customer service. Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 1

Same taste for all veggies. Appears to be same gravy for all. We have ordered two veggies...Sev tamater, paneer tikka masala and one chhole from thali...all taste the same. Highly hyped and overpriced. Traditional bhagat tarachand ghee roti was missing even though it was served with butter. No charm

I ordered a papdi chat from Bhagat Tarachand, but I ended up getting a soggy, mushy pile of food with barely any dahi. The ingredients were mixed up in random portions and packed haphazardly. It was a horrible experience. If you are certain that something you offer is not suitable for takeaway, it would be better not to serve it instead of customers ordering it and disliking your offering.
