Visited Beyond Burger and ordered the Swiss Cheese Burger, Smash Burger, Animal Fries Beef, Passion Fruit + Mango Lemonade, and Peach Iced Tea. The Swiss Cheese Burger was delicious with a juicy beef patty, though slightly on the dry side. Overall, one of the most satisfying burgers in town. The pricing is a bit higher compared to usual cafés, but the quality makes up for it. Both drinks I tried were excellent, each better than the other. The service and atmosphere were great, making it a perfect spot to relax and click some aesthetic photos. Well! I honestly cannot find the right adjective for this burger. “Perfect”? Too basic. “Heavenly”? Still not enough. As a self-proclaimed burger enthusiast with an actual mission to find the best burger in every place I visit, I can confidently say: Beyondburg Inc has ruined all other burgers for me! As a Middle Easterner who travels extensively, I never expected to find the best burger in Kerala, but here we are. And let me tell you, the moment you take that first bite, the world slows down. Suddenly, you forget about dessert because you’re still lost in the flavors of the burger. You start eating in slow motion, chewing, savoring, experiencing every layer like it’s a masterpiece. And if food could get you high, this burger would be the trip of a lifetime. I seriously want to sit down with the founders of Beyondburg Inc and figure out just how much love for burgers can exist in one heart to start such a venture. Like, who hurt them? Or better yet—who inspired them to create this masterpiece?! Oh, and let’s talk about that passion fruit drink. ah! Just thinking about it makes me feel like I’m growing wings and floating away.
