Disappointing Experience and Witnessed Rudeness at Beyond Temptation. My recent visit to Beyond Temptation was incredibly disappointing, not only due to a poor customer experience but also because of the owner's appalling behavior towards their staff. I had a coupon from the MakeMyMembership app for an "absolutely free coffee." However, upon trying to redeem it, I was told I had to order something else from the menu – directly contradicting the coupon's terms. To make matters worse, the owner's response was incredibly rude, dismissing me with a comment like, "Customers like you will always come for free cold coffee.". This alone would warrant a negative review, but what truly solidified my decision not to return was witnessing the owner's rude and dismissive attitude towards their own worker. It was clear that this negative demeanor wasn't reserved just for customers. It's truly disheartening to see such a lack of respect for both patrons and employees. I cannot recommend Beyond Temptation. There are plenty of other cafes in Bhavnagar that offer good coffee without the side of unprofessionalism and disrespect. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
