Dear Guest(s)Greetings from Beyond Flavours,At the outset I would like to thank you for considering Beyond Flavours as a venue for your celebration !Just to clarify few things :1) There is a Minimum Gauranteed Policy wherein the Pax (Number of People) for the venue choosen by you was 20(Twenty) for the buffet ! This means even If your guest(s) count is less you have to pay accordingly as per the policy ! 2) There is a documentation which you need to sign as a proof of confirmation which has terms & condition laid for your event which in a good faith we considered to get it signed later as you had to travel to get it so !3) We also offered you an Ala Carte Menu still considering 12/13 People you had as serving buffet is not feasible at such low count - Which you diasagreed ! 4) We generally take Full advance amount (As per MG) as a receipt against your event 24- 48 hours Prior which we had given relaxation to you in good faith ! 5) Decor for your event was done which was even confirmed to you telephonically !6) Still at end we offered for the buffet considering 17 pax as MG as we still understood your situation to which you still did not agreed ! We are a customer centric restaurant / Event Space where satisfaction for our guest is Priority ! As far the Advance amount is considered this is Non Refundable & Non Adjustable as per the Policy in case your event gets cancelled due to failed commitment from the guest(s) end (In your case this implied) !
