I'm regular guest at Hotel Best Western kapurthala. All over good facilities and hygiene, But the female staff at Front Reception behave very rudly. Its 3rd time ina row she didn’t behaved well during check-in as i’m the regular guest Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 2
