Horrible chicken biryani with pieces not washed before cooking. Blood clots inside cooked chicken piece, tasted horrible. As seen on the photo, blood inside the piece was not washed before cooking and turned into clots in the final biryani. Unfortunately no option to give Zero stars as the review

"Besstoo" the name says it all, I mean whatever they are doing, they are doing it right. Basically, the one of the "BEST" Delivery outlets in town located at DLF 2, Newtown Rajarhat, Kolkata just near to my office. It justifies its name as it serves one of the best Bengali, Chinese and North Indian food in the town being takeaway joint. By looking at its gaining popularity and outstanding reviews, finally I decided to try out the some of their food????
Besstoo truly kept its words…brilliant and neat packaging kept my food warm and freshly made. This restaurant delivers at your doorstep the healthiest and tasty food you can think of. It has always been very dedicated in terms of their net packaging, food, and delivery. They also provided separate napkins along with a black spoon and mouth freshener with each of the containers separately which was really very nice of them ???? We can spot Zomato and Swiggy riders always buzzing in front of the shop.

???? Location: This outlet of Besstoo is at DLF 2, Newtown, Kolkata. It is near to the Unitech Gate number 2.

▶ Now coming to food, we tried = Since it is a takeaway, we ordered:

⚜️Murg Cheese Kebab (Besstoo Special)- This is a must-try starter item from the menu. It is my favourite starters as I just loved it. The chicken kebabs pieces were so yummy and cheesy and was topped with cheese. The kebabs just melted in the mouth in every bite!!???? (Highly Recommended).

⚜️ Chicken Reshmi Biryani- Perfect Kolkata-style Biryani which I was missing for long. Love for biryani runs in my blood and as a diehard biryani fan and I am very critical about the taste and flavor of biryani. This is was perfect Kolkata-style biryani which had 1 aloo and 3 juicy Reshmi kebab pieces served with Raita and salad. Portion wise, this is a winner ????

All the items were just awesome. Food quality is good. This is not my first time I ordered from Bestoo so whenever I order from here, I just love their food. Hoping to try out more of its items soon from the menu. ????

???? Pocket pinch: - Prices of the items are quite reasonable. Pinch for two is ₹ 250 - ₹ 300.

▶ Overall: -Overall my experience had been good. "Besstoo " is a takeaway joint delivering their special experience of Bengali and North Indian dishes to every doorstep as well as corporate offices. I personally really loved their food and for sure going to order again and try out some of the typical dishes from their menu. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves Bengali and North Indian food at pocket friendly rates????????
