I today visited bercos Restaurant in Pacific Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. They were inattentive, dismissive of our concerns, and the overall service was quite poor. I hope they improve their customer service in the future. The staff also had gutkha in his mouth and was talking very rudely. Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner

It was a good experience with Berco's. They are taking care of hygiene and the food quality is also good. I will recommend this place if someone is looking to eat Chinese.
