Had a great experience at Bercos. The food was tasty and full of flavor, especially the Indo-Chinese dishes. Portions were good, ingredients felt fresh, and the service was quick and polite. The ambience was comfortable, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal with family or friendss. We used to love Bercos food. But this time, I have noticed that food quality, taste and service has deteriorated. Food served was so bland and tasteless. I had ordered the same dishes that I used to like it here. But this time, taste of all the food items were so pathetic. Above all the service was also pathetic. While ordering I have mentioned to bring main course once we finish our appetizer but they bought it before serving all the appetizer items we have ordered. Also, the music was loud. Today, we thought, they play music related to Christmas but the choice of the songs they were playing was also poor. One of the manager standing next to our table, ask us our feedback for food taste. When we told him it's pathetic, he said he will be back and then he never came back. When he didn't turned up, we asked the guy serving us to call manager and we shared all our feedback. Overall experience was pathetic and we will not order or visit Bercos indirapuram in future. Complete waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Initially it was very good, but post lock-down, pandemic, the food become horrible. We tried once and do not have the courage to go there again. I strongly guess the chefs used to work there had left permanently.
