I ordered from Bercos through Zomato, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The paneer was undercooked and the noodles were burnt — clearly not fit to serve. When I contacted the restaurant manager, they refused to take responsibility and claimed they “can’t authenticate my complaint.” This is unacceptable. Initially it was very good, but post lock-down, pandemic, the food become horrible. We tried once and do not have the courage to go there again. I strongly guess the chefs used to work there had left permanently.
