We went here yesterday for dinner . The staff is too stubborn and rude. Customers cannot chose where they want to sit as half of the restaurant is booked for the owner ( as told by the staff). Many Customers wanted to sit in a specific area they were told that one area is not operational and rest is booked for owner. This is ridiculous .First of its kind restaurant which only runs for the owner and not the customer . We asked to meet the owner staff introduced us with a person who said he is the owner and he also told us that at any given point of time that half space in restaurant is never given to the customer and is always reserved for the owner. Staff will just leave the food and go .Customers had to call them and ask them to serve , they will not do it on their own even for a bigger group who was sitting there. Too disappointed by the experience in BERCOS Indirapuram Habitat Center. Will not recommend it to anyone . Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Without asking what I have come for, the attendent send me to the back door as he recognised me as delivery boy. Is this the way you treat your customer and judge them on their appearance??, thanks for the inconveniences you have created for me. I can count down on everything but not on the service and behaviour. I hope you will work on suggest and no other person would go though the same I did. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Initially it was very good, but post lock-down, pandemic, the food become horrible. We tried once and do not have the courage to go there again. I strongly guess the chefs used to work there had left permanently.
