I ordered veg khao soy through zomato from this outlet and after eating alot from the bowl I found glass pieces sitting at the bottom.... I don't know how much glass powder I have eaten.only noticed when a big chunk of glass came in my mouth. This is the care they take while making food. Go at your own risk

I really love the vibes and taste of the place. It was Mr Swami , who made the experience really great. I am little fussy about the taste but he recommended food according to my palate. Had ordered chicken dimsums with burnt chilli oil from Berco's GTB Nagar on 10/11/2024. Was horrified to find literally almost 'raw' chicken pieces stuffed inside the dumpling. I have never in my entire life experienced something like this, not even while eating momos from roadside vendors. And you definitely don't expect something like this when consuming food from apparently "reputed" food chains like Berco's. I have literally developed a phobia of ever biting into a chicken dimsum again. They clearly need to conduct stricter audits of their branches and the kind of subpar food being served to unsuspecting customers. Please steer clear of this one.
