I apologize that you were unhappy again with your order. Please note that we do not use extra oil as instructed; however, our tawa are always lightly seasoned with oil. Given that multiple dosas are prepared on the tawa at the same time, a small amount of oil may be absorbed. As a commercial establishment, we aim to balance quality and efficiency. I genuinely appreciate your feedback, and I hope you understand the constraints we work within.

im sorry you were unhappy with the order we did not use or add oil on your order as there are multiple dosas on the tava and the tawa is already seasoned with oil could be the reason the dosa had absorbed some oil. i appreciate the feedback but hope you understand our limitations.
