I used to be a regular customer of bengali fun food, Greams Road (both in restaurants and swiggy) as it is near to my workplace. Initially, it used to provide good quality of foods, but nowadays both the quality and quantity become worse compared to price tag. The food sometimes remain undercooked and extra oily. If you question about quality the cashier of the restaurant asks you to choose other restaurants. As most of the customers of this restaurant is patient parties of appolo hospital & only a few bengali resturant is in this area, so it doesn't bother about good behaviour with customer. The behaviour of the cashier with customer is very bad. The middle aged man who sits at cash don't have basic ethics how to talk with its customers. There are some other restaurants in city which provides good bengali food like #petuk, #Northern connection, almost at same or lower price, where one founds better behavior from managements. I wish the owner will look into the matter specially the behaviour of cashier.
N. B. Sometimes the cashier doesn't give the bill automatically, once you asks then you get the bill (don't know whether any foul play is there or not)
We had an issue , sent message its 7 days nobody replied ..in the last few
orders, we found very less quantity food .. last week ordered mutton biriyani got 4 pcs potatoes and hardly 2/3
spoons rice. it was ridicules .
