We went here after seeing the Instagram reels and reading amazing Google reviews. However, we were highly disappointed. The interiors are shabby and the menus were dirty. The AC looked ancient and was not working properly. The place had a damp smell. The staff didn't even acknowledge our presence and it seemed they were very surprised to get a customer. We were so disappointed that we didn't even care to try the food. We just left never to return again. UPDATE: Thanks for the response. I wish you make changes to your place and make it better. By the way I went to Bento Deli after visiting your place and really enjoyed. You can check out the review. I post honest reviews only. Atmosphere: 1

Due to the relocation of the restaurant there was no proper arrangement for sitting and only the kitchen looked operational. We ordered the food and waited in our car. Even after preparing the order, they kept the food packed on the table and gave it to us after 10 minutes, which made our food cold. We ordered Double cheese pizza and Nutella churros. Both the items tasted weird, the cheese on the pizza felt cold and raw, the churros were cold and felt soggy while eating. Although I have been eating from Bella Vita pizzeria for a long time, this time it was one of the worst experiences and I would be cautious in ordering or eating from this restaurant.
