We stayed at Silent Shores Resort and our overall experience was excellent — the resort ambience, facilities, and hospitality were truly impressive. However, our visit to Bella Italiano was disappointing because of the behavior of one waitress. From the beginning, she judged us based on our casual outfits, which felt very unwelcoming. When we politely asked for details about the menu, she spoke rudely instead of helping us. This kind of attitude does not fit in a restaurant of such high standard within Silent Shores. Bella Italiano deserves staff who reflect the same warmth and professionalism as the rest of the resort. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
